No she is not laying but drinking, eating and pooping normally.

If she is eating drinking and pooping normally at least that should mean no blockage. I just don't know what could be going on with her. Has a vet examined her lately?

Not yet i will take her to vet tomorrow. I'm scared as you said it will be ascites

No discharge but yes she's sneezing and behaves like she is swallowing something

Nothing is in her neck, no medication, yesterday i called her vet and told him about her condition than he said give her electrolytes with 5 tps sugar in 1 liter water daily, by doing this she will poop more and clears her abdomen. I'm still doing this treatment but not much work. Sometimes i feel she becomes light and sometimes heavy from lower side.

You told me to add garlic and oregano in her feed. I have dried oregano so will i add it in her food?
