Respiratory problem in Cornish X

Hey Guys, I have a baby chick 7 weeks old, Cornish hen male who is struggling with his breathing in his chest/crop area. It seems like fluid at first but now it seems to be swollen. Poor thing is struggling to breath it has to lay on it's side to get relief. On top of growing very quickly. He is my first ever Cornish X, I wanted to see if the breed was a good fit for my family and I to raise them in our backyard for consumption.
Does anyone have any suggestions to help?

As of now I'm giving them Spring Chicken Wellness Brew Daily Vitamin in their water and tomorrow im going to separate him and bring hm inside to prevent spreading it.

Any tips will help. Thanks!

He may be failing due to size, he's about processing age.
The wellness brew stuff is just flavoraid for chickens, it can be skipped.

UGHHH this is awful... Honestly I bought him to see if I could handle raising cornish X because we have Orpington's and they are great at dual breeding. I knew I didn't like that the Cornish X grow so fast that their legs basically collapse but I guess I had to see it for my self.

REALLY? He's bigger than the other baby chicks that's for sure but he's not that BIG. I feel terrible because I became attached to his little fat behind :/ .thank you for the pointer on the brew, do you have any suggestions on something better?

How much does he weigh? Do you have a picture? Most people process by 5 weeks (for Cornish hen) or 12 weeks (for roaster size)
Plain, clean, fresh water is best.

What are your temperatures like? Cornish X struggle in the heat.
