Respiratory - When to Treat

My chickens are 9 weeks old. For a few weeks, I have thought one of them sounded a tiny bit congested, but nothing crazy. Now I notice it sneezing and a tiny bit of a rattle when she breathes close to her nose.
Do I wait to see if anything gets worse? Is Tiaguard for most respiratory conditions, or is there something I should look for first before purchasing? What would you do in this situation?

I have no access to an avian vet.

Can you please post photos of your chicks and their poop?
How are they housed? (Photos?)

Do you notice the sneezing at certain times like when they have been eating/drinking or dust bathing?

How's the ventilation in the housing?

Are nostrils clear of dirt, food and debris?

Any mucous, facial swelling, bubbles in the eyes, pus, coughing, lethargy, going off feed, acting sick?

Tiagard (Tiamulin) only treats Mycoplasma in poultry.

I think they are fine! I think the dust from the sand got to them.
