Respitory disease?!

This is my first time having chickens, I went to a exotic pet store (I don’t know where the chicks came from) but one of the two chicks are healthy while the other isn’t, it seems to be gasping for air, i read online it said to add some sugar in the water, or the light is too far or close to the chicks, and that they might be stressed, I am very concerned and don’t want my first chick to pass... is there anything I can really do???

It could have aspirated some water when it got a drink. I never had it happen but I heard it is common for new babies. Post a video?
