I have two chickens that started coughing so I immediately removed them from my flock. They are a little over a year old and are EE's. I put them on Duramycin-10 Three days ago and they are not getting any better. Now they each has one eye that is swollen and i am really worried. They cough and shake thier heads. They are not wheezing, just a rattling cough and the head shake and swollen eye (only one each). I am wondering if it is gapeworm and not a respitory problem.

There is also no nasal discharge or bad smell coming from them at all. Thier poo is a bit runny but normal looking. I have also been giving the probiotics every day that they have been on the meds.
