respritory or gapeworm how to treat

My chicken has been gasping for a week now, I first thought gapeworm and treated her with ivermectin injectable,topically on back of neck that was 3 days ago symptoms seem worse today and she does not seem to be drinking or eating now, swabbed back of her throat only thing I see on swab is a tiny spot that looked like mucus

My disclaimer: I don't have experience with gapeworm but in reading the article it doesn't mention ivermectin as a treatment for that particular parasite.
