After losing Frankie, I still love my other chickens, but none of them are anywhere near her in the personality department.

Thank you! I moved on from losing Dina a long time ago I ended up getting two new pups a few weeks after she passed, and they have kept me busy! Frankie sounds like she was a truly special chicken! Maybe you need to hatch out another egg That may help. Who knows? It helped me with losing my dog. Sadly I am going to lose my other dog, who I had longer than Dina.

Some of these creatures, whether they be chickens, dogs, cats, etc... really do get intertwined in our hearts so deeply, it just shreds our hearts when they pass. And we never truly get over them or the loss, the pain only dulls over time.
