Restoring Redwood Incubator

I am currently restoring a Leahy model 416 incubator back to its original condition and am looking for the disc instruction pieces that are under the wafer adjustment screws and the heating unit that is at the bottom of the incubator. I have attached 2 pictures of what I am referring to. Thanks for any help you can give me in finding these items!
