Welcome. Agree with @DobieLover. Space is so important for their health, to cut down on fighting and pecking, and reduce boredom. If you could get rid of the raised beds to expand the run and vertically grow (if you want help with that - I can help), you won't be sorry. Also, please do a hardware cloth apron around the coop and run for digging predator protection.
