Returning hen to the flock

I recently had a bantam hen with vent gleet. The gleet has passed and she's doing well, but she's been in the house for almost two weeks. Its 68° in here and a winter wonderland out there. Do I need to put her in the garage to get her used to the cold first? The garage is well insulated and water wont freeze, but its colder by far than the house.

I would lower the temp indoors a tad, for a few hours, then the garage, then outside.
