I lost my old account along with my phone ): I was @SeaPolka. I never actually introduced myself so I'll start again here 
1) Are you new to chickens/when did you first get chickens?
I'm not new to chickens. I got my first flock thrust upon me by my mums friend, boy I wish I'd known about this site.
2) How many chickens do you have right now?
None.
3) What breeds do you have?
Well, I hope to be raising breeds like RIR, Leghorn, Marans and lil ol Pekins next year.
4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?

5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I like reading... I don't really have very many hobbies.
6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation or anything you'd like to share.
I'm homeschooled. I wish I lived somewhere I can have chickens in my garden but I have to keep mine on an allotment, sucks. I live with my dad who has a love hate relationship with poultry and has not been the same since we had to cull his pet drake (would've been a nice winter meal...) I have some dogs, guineapigs and a bearded dragon. Only my personal dog likes chickens, for the most part, they use to try and eat her. I'm from East Yorkshire, England. I've gotten a lot of help and advice on this site and I hope I continue to learn from the respectful, supportive, educated community here.
