I can't help with your incubator problem.
But you mentioned you had PBRs so maybe you have the model below? They don't come with a manual either but you don't really need one.

I came across this. Maybe it will help. I have a GQF cabinet incubator that I have had for a long time. I hatch out a few hundred chicks every year. I retired 10 years ago. Happy retirement. Good luck and have fun...
