Success! There has been this one rat that has been bothering my flock basically since I got them many months ago. Ahh, revenge is sweet! Yesterday Theif (the rat) was again seen tormenting my flock so I grabbed a small palmful of Miss Pepper's food (she wasn't too happy about that) and I soaked it in a vile mixture of bleach, insect spray and bleach. Today I found out that Theif took the bait, all of it!
