Revisiting little Cochin bantam

I’ve been trying to work out who has been picking on my little BCM roo... today I spotted th culprit and watched a little sparring match... is this little Cochin a he ?? I had thought pullet because my other Cochin bantams were showing far more comb and wattles way earlier than this little one who is approx 8-9 weeks old. This is my first time having cochins so I am really clueless. Many thanks in advance. ThE partridge Cochin bantam is approx 4 weeks old, the comb and wattles make me think roo too

First one could possibly be a pullet, but no doubt the second is a cockeral. Look at all the redness!
