The bird on the left in the first picture and the barred and black birds at either ends are male in the second.
They don't need a heat lamp unless it's going below 30 at night.

Second photo is legbar - i know that one was male. Black marans I assumed as much. Rhode Island on the left in the first I was secretly hoping 😭
Araucana grey in the second photo I assume is a male just because I had rotten luck this time.
 
I believe both of your RIR are pullets, along with the Legbar on the right. I can't see the furthest right bird enough :)
Legbar is the one on the left of the second photo. Looks like a barred rock. But he’s a legbar. The one to the right of him is another Rhode Island and the one to the right of the RI in the second photo is Araucana - which I’m not sure what that one is.

The Araucana is a cockerel. I'm speaking of this bird as the Legbar pullet. Unless she's a Legbar mix but she appears to have correct production-line coloring from what I can see
