Hi can you help feather sex. Idk what I'm looking for exactly

RIR are not sex link birds. A sex link bird is one that is born with certain coloring/feathers to indicate gender at hatch. Isa Browns, Cinammon Queen, Golden Comet, Black Sexlink, ect.
There's other types of sex links.
You can have shank color sex links and skin color sex links. Also wing feather growth rate sex links which is what I assumed the OP was thinking.

That's why they aren't sexable. To wing feather sex you need to cross a fast feathering breed male to a slow feathering breed female.

With that wide comb on the white, I'd say male is a safe bet. Silkies take forever and a day to sex though. Most people wait for a crow or an egg. That being said, there are a few here that can sex them a bit earlier.
