“She” has a comb, waddle and green tail feathers. Can anyone help me identify if this is a he or she? No crowing yet

Green tail feathers on that breed would indicate cockerel, but we won't know for sure without a photo.

Yeah ya quoted the wrong one but I'll try to get a pic of Jr, he half RIR and GLW but he took after his daddy with the red huge comb and green tail. Took after his momma with his chest is GLW and he got short tail feathers.
