Rhode island red???? age? boy or girl? do they come in mini

Is this a Rhode Island Red? What age do you think it are? And is it a boy or girl? I have never had chickens before. And is it normal size?

If it is a red, looks more like a New Hampshire...

It definitely looks like a hen though, and I'd say maybe 4 weeks old?

It looks like my RIRs. I'd say about 3 - 3 1/2 weeks old. I don't think it's 4 weeks yet because the neck hasn't feathered so much. Mine have continued to get redder as they age.
