Rhode Island Red chick

Hello everyone I have a 10 week old Rhode Island Red. There is something wrong with it but not sure because it still does not have all of its feathers.

Looks like a boy. What are you feeding him? Do you have others the same age to compare? Have you looked for mites or lice?

Some chickens develop slower than others,,,, or most others. There are instances when chickens lay very few eggs compared to their peers. (of same batch/hatch)
Just be patient, and wait until chicken maybe catches up. There is not a quick cure that I could suggest. @jmns does give good points to check into.
