Hey everyone
first post here and first time chicken owner.
We got six chicks at tractor supply a week ago today and they were all from the female container. Three Rhode island reds and three Olives.
I have a feeling we have a rooster on our hands, or a cockeral. Two of the RIR’s look alike and the other is different. Not sure if it’s just because it’s older or what, but it’s definitely bigger and acts like it. His “thingy” on his head is much bigger as well.
They look like they match other people’s photos of three week old chicks. Not positive though. Anyone have any thoughts if we have a little cockeral on our hands or not?!
