Rhode Island Red Cockerel?

Our rhode island red is about 22 weeks old. Is it a pullet or a cockerel? It doesn’t display any signs of being a cockerel like our other three did it but it looks like those might be saddle feathers?

Yes, you were right about the saddle feather. It is 100% male. They all have their own personalities, so it is not uncommon for a cockerel to be mellow.
