Rhode Island Red? Hen or roo??

We were told when we got them from TSC 4 weeks ago they were RIR and hens. But this one has us iffy. Do we have a hen or roo? And is it a RIR or different breed?

Hen. We owned 2 Rhode Island reds and one was a roo and it didn’t look like that.

I have 6 RIR hens, I would say they are hens and RIR. I hear stories from time to time about TSC so I will not buy chicks from them.
