Rhode Island Red Hen?

I agree he looks more like a Production Red, or possibly just a poorly bred RIR?
And still looks like a cockerel, I'm afraid.

Hi. Just wondering what you all think this pullet breed is? Rhode Island red? She seems so ‘small’ and kinda timid for about 10ish weeks old. Is that typical of this breed? I have never had a RIR before…if that’s what she is. Thanks!

maybe a production red. I have one she looked just like that in her juvenile stage. However yours is looking very fluffy compared to how mine looked but I’m not sure. here’s some reference photos of my production

I'd say cockerel with a comb that large at 6 weeks.
