Rhode Island Red or American Game?

I posted a while ago trying to determine the gender of my chickens, but now that they are bigger I was curious about what the gender is. I am confused between the RIR and the 'American Game' breeds. I was told they were the American Game, but everything I look at they look like RIR breed.
I apologize for not having a front facing shot, but they are not photogenic.

They're definitely not RIRs. I would say they look more like poor quality American games, or maybe even mixes.

I agree, RIRs are completely different. They have American Game blood, maybe they are poor quality or maybe they're mixed with another game breed

Thanks for your help everyone. They were given to me for free so I dont expect much from the look, but they are fun and the hen lays delicious eggs.
