Ok, I read through it and there appears to be no obvious differences, although the RIR can have a rose comb and the NH cannot. Thanks, but I need more help!

Do you happen to have pics? My NRW looks very different from my RIR. They are a brassy orange. My RIR are a deep chestnut red with black on the tips of the tail feathers.

I have hatchery NHs and RIRs, as well as three lovely dark breeder RIRs. The NHs are a more bright orangey red than the RIRs. Even my hatchery RIR is much more red than orange. It's very easy to tell my own NHs from any of the RIRs.
