Rhode Island Red, Plymouth Rock or Buff Orpington?

I am planning on getting a few chickens this spring, I am looking for a breed that lays a good amount of eggs and gets along with others well. I've narrowed to down to Rhode Island Reds, Plymouth Rocks, or Buff Orpington, which one do you think would be the best?

RIRs are the best layers out of the three yet they are very aggressive. I would recommend Buff Orpingtons out of those three. Hope this helps
