Rhode Island Red pullet? 12 weeks

I’d never questioned whether my RIR might be a Roo until noticing these feathers at her tail- her comb has stayed yellow and small - though it is looking slightly pinker now.

Pullet! Tail feathers are not a good indicator for gender, by the time sickle feathers grow in, the bird is often very clearly a cockerel with larger comb/wattles and pointed saddle feathers
