Rhode island red pullet or cockerel?

Bought as a pullet at TSC she’s about 9 weeks (maybe older) Kinda looking like a cockerel to me but i’m hoping not.

Looks like a pullet, but you may need to wait a couple weeks to be certain.

What age should I start seeing saddle feathers is she was a rooster?

Male saddle feathers don't come in until around 12 weeks. Some birds take a bit longer for them to show.

You might have to wait a bit longer. I see wattles coming in which look quite red (pick 3) but I’m leaning towards pullet for now.

Don't worry about bright Wattles and Comb on a Red. My Rusty looked very Cockerel by 9 weeks, and became my best daily layer by week 20. She still has a sort of Pin Tail feather and funny low voice... but also a loud Egg Song. Don't give up on a possible Pullet!

These were my girls and boys (21 hens 2 roos) loved having them but wouldn’t have RRs ever again, specifically not roos they were the most aggressive rooster I’ve ever seen

Yeah I never plan on raising Rhode Island red roosters i’ve heard nothing but bad about them lol but I love the hens.
