Rhode Island red pullet or roo?

I don't know if this is a pullet or roo. It seems that s/he became very shiny and now has green tinted feathers. His/her voice sounds very weird right now as though the baby cooing is going away but the sound coming is deep and raspy and not really like my others chickens clucks.
