I believe s/he is about a month old, is it still too early to tell?? Im thinking a Rooster but I hope not!

Looks like a pullet, there are feathers on the wing bow(shoulder) instead of white down. Look under wing on back if a roo there will be a row of very dark almost black feathers still in the sheath on both sides of backbone if roo.

i would say that one was a roo that you are mentioning, they tend to feather slower than pullets. the one in the picture could very well be a pullet. congrats!
 
What makes me think its a roo is that I had 2 other chicks, it was the smallest of the group, and it was growing alot slower, and also it was very very dark.. but maybe it was just a runt? haha.
 
Defintely a pullet. No doubt in my mind. I had a roo that didn't feather out until three weeks after the other gals and boy in the group.... and he still got a bright red comb and waddles.

Grats! Give her a great girl name.
