Where do you find bulk yeast?

I got a vacuum packed 2 pound (I think) package of yeast at Costco. After I opened the package, I put the yeast in a Ziploc bag in the freezer. I just keep refilling the little brown glass jar that I store in the fridge.

Second hay curing shed was put up today. I'll paint it tomorrow. Some time next week I'll black jack the floor and paint the barn square for it.
Walked the garden.
Dug up a diseased apple tree.
Smoke so thick here from Canada you could cut it with a knife.

Rain and thunder here today, 40mm in the gauge o'nite. I did manage to prune the salvia and dead-head / stalk the red hot poker yesterday.

Got bored. Did a little more pruning of the cucumber vines, pulled up what few weeds I could find.

It’s one of the first nice, cool nights in a while. A lot of people are out having fires and/or getting drunk. I’m enjoying the first half of that alone. The last half is very loud.

I went to go get some marshmallows and right before I grabbed the bag I realized it was cotton balls

I found that spent blackberry canes, if you have blackberries, make great garden stakes.

Sounds like something I would do……of course I wouldn’t have realized the mistake until home and ready to eat them.
