I vote pullet. My RIR roos had big, bright red combs by 6 weeks

The hackle feathering is the only thing that is keeping me from saying pullet. In a week or two it should be more evident if its. Male or female.

Hackle feathers don't develop this early, so that wouldn't be a realiable way to tell at this point.
