Rhode Island Red Roo or Pullet

My birds are all 2 1/2 months old, this particular bird always has the tail erect and seems to be in charge of the flock.

It's very friendly to me, I'm just curious if it's a Roo or Pullet?

Definitely pullet, she'd have more comb and wattle at that age if a cockerel.
