Rhode Island Red Rooster tail feathers white

Not sure at what point this winter it happened, but we have a RIR Rooster (2 yr) that has 2 white tail feathers now. I'm sure this doesn't qualify as an emergency/disease/injury but I wasn't sure where else to post it. Anybody know what would cause it?

He could actually be a cross, possible RIR X RIW. Or those feathers could be the old feathers that he may lose when he molts.

my male rooster 1 wing is messed up hes a rhode island red i dont no wht he did 2 him wing but its open like a fan n dropped 2 his side plz tell me wht 2 i should do plz help i didnt no where else 2 post this

My 2 year old RIR has also very recently gotten 2 white tail feathers. And I don't know why.
