Rhode Island Red, Sex Link or Production Red?

They are red birds. You can call them production reds, but they sort of look to be "home made" as opposed to being from a hatchery, first generation, but that's just a guess.

Red Sex Links have lots of white in the feathers as they are a red/white mix.
True bred Rhode Island Reds are a deep, rich, mahogany color that is even and they have a brick shaped body type. These birds do not have either the features of an RSL or a true bred Rhode Island Red.

They are closest to Production Reds, but they have some other breed in them besides red gene birds which accounts for all those black feathers (even in the wings).
