Rhode Island Red sex?

I have two Rhode Island Reds that are 4 weeks old. I believe I have one pullet and one cockerel. Can anyone help me with which is which? Thanks!

I will! I didn’t know if it was too early or not, even though they do look very different to me. The one with no tail is already starting to get a pinkish red waddle.

This is about a week in difference and this one has a very red comb where as the other one is still yellow. Cockerel?
