Rhode Island Red Sexing

At 6 weeks with that size of comb and wattles, there is no doubt in my mind that it's a cockerel. If the hatchery is saying otherwise then they're hoping you'll just forget about it. Ridiculous to have to wait until saddle feathers grow in when you could find it a good home in the meantime.
Oh they know I KNOW ! they refunded me the $6 I paid for a hatchling lmao! And still STICK to their "lie" which is they don't think it's a cockerel 😄😆 and to still wait til 12 weeks
I agree, definitely a cockerel. RIR pullets mature fast but not THAT fast. At that rate he might be crowing before he gets saddle feathers lol
He already sound VERY MANLY when he bawk bawk 😅😆 oh we are positive it's a boy

We probably gonna cull it. No time for rehoming ..
