Rhode Island Red Sneezing, What Should I Look For?

My 12 week old Rhode Island Red has been sneezing for quite some time now. She seems to be at the lower end of the pecking order if that helps. Her behavior is completely normal. I would just like to know what to look for in case it is a more serious problem.

Sneezing is fine, chickens can get colds just like humans, I think it should be fine but I have no idea.

My chicks started sneezing to so I got really worried and did a lot of research on it, but they are fine now.
