Rhode Island Red, Very skinny, light comb

I have 6 RIRs. They are 26weeks old. 2 of them have started laying in the last 2 weeks. They have fresh water from an automatic waterer. They are getting a layer feed.

One of the hens is very skinny compared to the rest. her comb is very light even compared to the hens that are not laying yet. They have not been de wormed and get the occasional DE dust bath.

Should I be worried? Is she just the runt? I assume she is getting water and feed(it is always out). Any advice.

If she is eating and drinking normally, I wouldnt be too much worried about it. Check her poop for any abnormal color, including parasites. Visually inspect her for lice/mites. Here's a link to the poop chart:
