She could have a reproductive disorder or even cancer which are both common in hens over 2 years. It is important to rule out worms or other problems. I would worm her with Valbazen 1/2 ml orally, and repeat that in 10 days. Or use SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer 1.25 ml orally for 5 consecutive days. Worms can cause blockage, anemia, and intestinal damage. Try to tempt her to eat with mushy wet chicken feed, cooked egg, tuna, or canned cat food in small amounts. Chicken feed is best. Offer food and water up to her beak 2-3 times throughout the day. Do you feel any enlargement of her belly under her vent?
