She lives in constant existential crisis…that’s her pain. But I assure you it’s not physical. She’s just more Araucana so she has a weird stance. I have no idea why she is so anxious

Wilco EEs are sourced from Privett Hatchery...their stock is EE mutt all the way back. Her tail sure it weird though. Does she ever have it up?

I’ve researched her a little and the Araucana breed has no butt. She has a little tail cause she’s mixed with other random things. We have another EE that has similar features. I think she jumped the fence and ended up in the Sussex cage. She has a tendency to jump the fence…lay eggs in the roof, she’s kinda insane

Actually, I see no Araucana blood in her. Pure Araucanas, when rumpless, have no tail at all. She has one, it just points straight down. She isn't rumpless, just weird.
Doesn't sound like a cause for concern though.

Wilco definitely does mess up...they don't know their breeds. So I do think your red girl is one of their red hybrids. Maybe a Production Red?

And also it has never gone up. It’s stuck to her butt like that…I know because I have to wash it, more than I would like

The thing about rumpless birds is they're missing the last vertebrae of their back...so no tail at all. There's really no in between. So she either has the rumpless gene or she doesn't (it's the latter). I'm guessing she'd got something else going on. But it doesn't sound like it's anything that's causing her harm.

I think fizzgig is a cross between Araucana and some other Easter egg mutt and that explains her butt. I could be wrong… she seems to be fine physically, mentally she’s got some issues. The red, Toxie is definitely a production bird…she was crazy on laying eggs and just stopped one day. She probably has some reproductive issues but seems to be holding up just fine. I was just curious because I was hoping for RIR, they sound like they live longer.

She could really be fine. It's actually good she stopped - it's the laying that drives them into early graves. She may live for a while yet.

I have a similar EE. Brown, lays blue eggs, etc. Normal tail though. Her name is June Bug (JB.) Anyways, she goes a little crazy when it's time for her egg. She's laid in garden beds, couch cushions...she wanders far and wide, never happy with the nesting boxes the other girls so dutifully use.
