Rhode Island Reds are losing feathers and have white marks - PICS!!

Hello everyone, this is my first time post. Can anybody look at these pictures and tell me if there is anything I can do to remedy the sickly looking condition of three of my Rhode Island Reds? One is my rooster and the other 2 are hens. They have white spots around their heads and one is losing several feathers on her back. Here are a couple of pictures of the sickly looking birds:

They are molting. That's what they are supposed to do! They'll be purty soon.

Thanks you all. This is my first time going into the winter and wasn't sure what was going on. I have 3 other hens and they aren't losing any feathers yet so if was some sort of disease, I wanted to try and keep it from spreading further. They are very happy with the fresh bermuda hay bedding I put in their coop for them never the less.
