Rhode Island Reds...Rescued... Mites? Lice? Something feather related?

Thank you for the help!! We have a large coop with a current flock but this was a decision that had to be acted upon rather quickly and this is all we had at the moment. We are working on getting them a larger area to “decontaminate” so to speak!!

I notice the coughing often. Multiple times a day. The hour or so I was just out there I probably notice a cough out of two of them about every 15 mins. I haven’t noticed any liquid/mucus coming out at this point.
Poor ladies.
