what color are rhode island reds eyes? ours look hazel...

young roosters red
old Rooster (breeding age) will turn from red to yellow gold
old hens ( breeding age ) will turn from red to yellow gold..

Here is a pictures of a 1 year rooster and 1 year old hen of mine.
Now these are Exibition Stock not hatchery..
