Rhode Island Reds

Me and my dad have just brought home three rhode island reds. This will be our first time raising chickens. We're newbies!! Any tips on raising this breed? Thanks you so much!

I don't know much about chicken,s but i know they are great brown egg layers, but tend to be slightly aggressive. Maybe socialize them?
