I need some hens. I actually don' have a specific breed in mind at the moment. I was looking for Jersey Giants. I found some in New Jersey but don't want to drive for 4 hours if I don't have to. Then I found out that the roo's I have aren't actually Jersey Giants like I was told when I got them. One of them I'm almost positive is a langshan, but he's crazy and gets stressed out easily, so I think he needs someone smaller and less intimidating. The other I'm not sure. He could be a Cochin/Jersey mix but it's only a guess till I get my camera working.

I just got in some chicks (Monday) and will be looking to sell or trade off the Roos if anyone is interested. I have White Silkies and Gold Laced Polish which were straight run. So I imagine that I will end up with 2-3 Silkie Roos and 2-3 Polish Roos. Make an offer. I'd be interested in some Easter Egger hens. BTW, I'm in Wakefield, RI.
