Rhode Island Whites vs Delawares?

Well I'm planning on having
7 RIR hens and RIR Roo
7 RIW hens and 1 RIW Rooster
7 BR hens and 1 BR Rooster

These are for pure breeds. Additionally I will have

7 RIW hens and 1 RIR Rooster for Red Stars
7 BR hens and 1 RIR Rooster for Black Stars

I have figured that about 70 eggs a week from the sex links and about 35 hens and 35 roosters a week. I am planning on hatching out every egg I receive from them. That's a lot of rooster chicks to sell a week.

Any ideas for selling them? Like $0.50-$1 a piece or something?
