RI Red Hen or Ro

Hello here is one of my RI Reds, 12-13 weeks old. Looking to see if it’s ro or Hen. I have another one but seems like this one has two wattles growing from under the beak and the other one only has one

Looks like a pullet to me. She's red-faced, but some breeds just are when they get excited.

They're Hen Birds.

I agree. I think it is a pullet.
