Riboflavin help for a curled toe chick

Hello! one of my mom's chicks that hatched about 12 hours ago is having some issues with curled toes. I went and bought some riboflavin powder but need advice on how much to give and when should we start them on it? like I said, our chicks range from 12-24 hours old! Thank you in advance.
