Is it ok to feed your chickens old Rice Crispies?

The sweetened kind with marshmallows? No, if a Rice Crispie is full of sugar and rice puffs, it's not good for the chickens. Even plain brown rice (1 cup for 3 chickens) is not good. To much of an abrupt change can give the chickens sour crop.

So i'd just pass on that.
